Own the problem.
Ship the work.

We turn messy product context into pages, films, brand systems, founder content, and workflows. We want editors, designers, writers, and operators who can think before they execute.

Where you may fit

The title matters less than the problem you can own.

Current priority sits across creative craft and founder-level execution. Pick the track where your proof is strongest.

01 / StoryPriority

Video Editor
& Motion Designer

Find the story in raw footage. Use pacing, sound, type, and motion to make complex products feel obvious.

Best signal One edit and the decisions behind it.
02 / ProductPriority

UI/UX
& Product Designer

Turn a messy workflow into a clear user path. Defend hierarchy, flows, and tradeoffs, not only screens.

Best signal A real flow with the logic explained.
03 / IdentityPriority

Brand
& Visual Designer

Build visual systems that survive beyond one moodboard: launches, decks, product pages, motion frames, and social.

Best signal A system used across several artifacts.
04 / LanguagePriority

Writer, Copywriter
& Creative Strategist

Research before writing. Find the hard-to-explain part, then turn it into a hook, script, page, or argument that lands.

Best signal Sharp work for a niche you had to learn.
05 / OwnershipHigh bar

Founder’s Office,
Operations & Product

Talk to clients, protect deadlines, turn scattered feedback into a plan, and know when the brief is not the real problem.

Best signal A messy outcome you made clear and shippable.
06 / SystemsExceptional only

Developer
& Automation Builder

Rare. We already build fast with AI and internal systems. Apply if your judgment changes the product, not because you can close tickets.

Best signal A useful system with real users and hard tradeoffs.
07 / Other

Have an unfair advantage we did not name?

Show us the recurring problem you should own, why it matters, and proof that you can own it.

The standard

High ownership. Low theater.

The work can be intense. The team should not be chaotic. We care about the outcome, not performative exhaustion.

You will thrive here if
  • 01You turn ambiguity into a first useful version.
  • 02You care about craft when nobody is watching.
  • 03You communicate before a deadline becomes a surprise.
  • 04You can defend your thinking without becoming precious.
  • 05You want your judgment to be visible in the final work.
Do not apply if
  • 01You need every task fully specified before you move.
  • 02You disappear when the work becomes unclear.
  • 03You defend generic output by pointing to the effort.
  • 04You avoid hard feedback or hard conversations.
  • 05You want resume decoration more than real responsibility.
Our hiring question “Would we trust this person with an important, ambiguous problem when nobody has time to babysit the process?”
How we hire

Real work beats interview performance.

We keep the process small and evidence-led. Some roles may skip or combine steps.

  1. 01

    Written application

Fifteen to twenty focused minutes. We look for sequence, proof, judgment, and exact words.

    Start here
  2. 02

    Work review

We study your strongest relevant sample. More volume does not compensate for weak decisions.

    Proof
  3. 03

    Bounded practical task

A small task close to the real role. If it uses live client work, it is paid.

    Craft
  4. 04

    Working conversation

We discuss decisions, feedback, role shape, availability, and compensation without interview theater.

What the form tests

Hunger through self-teaching. Logic through sequence. Creativity through role-specific work. Communication through exact client and deadline scenarios.

Before you apply

Useful answers. No HR fog.

If your question is not here, use the final field in the application.

Are these all active full-time openings?

No. This is an evergreen talent door. We use it for active roles, freelance work, internships, and people we may want to work with later. Current priority is creative and operations talent.

Can freshers or students apply?

Yes. Your degree and years of experience matter less than proof, learning speed, communication, and the decisions behind your work.

What if I do not have a polished portfolio?

Make a simple public folder, Notion page, Drive link, or GitHub profile. Show a few relevant pieces and explain what you did. We need evidence, not a fancy wrapper.

Do you hire developers?

Rarely. We already build aggressively with AI and internal systems. Apply if you have unusual product judgment, automation depth, or a system with real users.

Can I use AI in the application?

Yes. Use the tools you would use at work. We judge your choices and your thinking. Generic answers are easy to spot.

What happens after I apply?

If your work and judgment fit what we need, we will contact you. Do not send repeated follow-ups. One useful update or a much better work sample is always welcome.

The form is the first test

If you can raise the standard, we should know you exist.

Bring one strong sample, clear thinking, and fifteen to twenty focused minutes.
