How to get carried away

One rule.
Plenty to play with.

01

Follow the curve.

Every tile carries two curved paths. Each path meets another at the edge.

02

Give it a turn.

A quarter-turn changes two connections. Watch the neighbouring tiles.

03

Close four loops.

Keep turning until four separate paths come all the way back to themselves.

A few things
before you turn.

Is there only one right pattern?

No. The challenge is four closed loops. There is more than one way to get there, and you can keep arranging after you solve it.

Do the colours change the rules?

No. Follow the shape of the path. Colour gives the arrangement character, but the game works without it.

How do we play together?

Take turns moving one tile at a time. Work toward four loops together, or agree that whoever closes the fourth loop wins.

Can I try it here?

Yes. Open the table and tap any tile to rotate it. A loop counter keeps track.
